Experience the joy and ease of walking with the co-operation of your entire being! Join us for this 6-week series and learn the basics of embodied locomotion from a yogic perspective. Based on the EmbodYoga™ approach and the pioneering work of Sherry Brourman, PT, physical therapist and author of Walk Yourself Well, this series is open to men and women with any amount of flexibility and yoga experience.
> Each week, we will meet outdoors for a brief standing asana practice, go for a walk to apply the principles introduced in that practice, and then return to our starting point for some standing meditation. You do not need to be Gumby to benefit from this practice. Beginners to yoga are welcome! Walking poles provided.
