Experience joy and ease of walking with the co-operation of your entire being! Join us for this 6-week series and learn the basics of embodied locomotion from a yogic perspective. Based on the EmbodYoga™ approach and the pioneering work of Sherry Brourman, PT, physical therapist and author of Walk Yourself Well, this series is open to men and women with any amount of flexibility and yoga experience.
> Each week, we will meet outdoors for mindful movement and breathing practices alternating with walking to apply the principles introduced.  Class concludes with a brief standing meditation. Beginners to yoga are welcome! Walking poles provided.
